Thabani Conrad Bhala
 Canada Career Training
Thabani Conrad Bhala, founder of Canada Career Training, shared his transformative experience in the
program, highlighting its profound impact on his business and professional growth. He reflected, “When I started the program, I was really at a place where I was trying to define my services and fine-tune what they would look like. The program really delivered on that.” Through the program, he gained a “systematic and strategic” approach to delivering well-structured, valuable services.

Thabani also praised the facilitators and organizers, noting, “What I really enjoyed about the program was the facilitators, the organizing team, and the leadership behind the scenes because they are real people who understood where I came from as a Black entrepreneur.” For him, the most impactful aspect was the sense of community it fostered, saying, “It felt like a community was developing, and that was really good.”

The program empowered him to take significant strides in his business, including actively hiring new team members.

their businesses, operationalize, and scale.”

Her organization incorporates Afrocentric principles, including the ROSCA (Rotating Savings and Credit) model, to teach community-based savings practices.
Reflecting on her journey, she expressed gratitude for the tailored support and acknowledged the program's role in providing valuable insights. “The program was really impactful,” she said, emphasizing
