It is her ability to constantly apply this knowledge to her clients’ specific needs which makes a difference in her clients’ lives.

She oversees the management of the firm’s private equity and funds and has responsibility for business development and investment strategy. Olu holds an MBA from the University of Ife, a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and is a graduate of Wharton School’s Advanced Management program, IMD Switzerland’s Business Marketing and Lagos Business School’s (with IESE Spain) Senior Management program. With over 15 years of extensive business experience in Sales and Marketing across both B2B and B2C sectors, she specializes in Finance, Education, and the Automobile industry. In addition to this professional background, Doan has over six years of teaching experience at colleges and universities. Currently, Doan serves as a business professor at Conestoga College, where industry knowledge is applied to inspire and educate future business leaders.

She received her Doctorate in 2017 from the University of Houston and has a Masters of Public Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. Nancy worked as an Adjunct and Instructor at Skills for Change, Canada and aims for a stint at Web programming
